2 scoops de whey cookies
*Substituir o whey por outro sabor
1 col sopa de adoçante xylitol
1/4 xic de óleo de coco derretido
90g chocolate amargo
3 col sopa de leite de coco
Substituir o whey por 50g leite em pó + 3 col sopa adoçante xylitol
Em uma forma quadrada com papel manteiga, formatar a massa da barrinha e levar ao freezer por 1 hora.
Guardar na geladeira.

My love for Japanese food is immeasurable. So when my friends and I went to Omotenashi to have dinner, I was quite disappointed with the way some of our orders were seasoned. The Locomoco was quite salty and the beef kinda had an after-taste.
The food in this resto didn’t really quite fit my liking. Nonetheless, the ambiance was really nice and that chicken you see in the middle is one for the books! 🍗
