When I created my Instagram account, I wanted the content to be focussed on helping you rather than talking about myself! But having done a few Q&A’s now, I had a few messages about my journey so thought I would share with you some info about me and my life!

1️⃣I completed my Sport Science degree and worked for Fulham FC Foundation helping young, talented footballers from deprived areas realise their potential - I LOVED this job⁣
⁣
2️⃣I taught cycle and would PT in the mornings and evenings. I then decided it was a ‘now or never’ to pursue my passion full time. Live to make mistakes not regrets!⁣
⁣
3️⃣I used to train for bodybuilding but now try to keep variety between weighted, bodyweight and cardio sessions. I feel so much fitter and more mobile!⁣
⁣
4️⃣I used to have an AWFUL relationship with food. I would feel guilty about ‘treats’ and binge eat everything over the space of a day - it took a long time to break the cycle⁣
⁣
5️⃣There is so much I need to learn. I really want to up-skill myself in mobility and this year a priority for me is to educate myself further⁣
⁣
6️⃣My fitness goal atm? I set myself a goal of gaining more muscle and weight between Jan and March. I’m currently 2.5kg up! I actually struggle to maintain weight due to my work day being active⁣
⁣
7️⃣I have been an Ambassador for @fitbituk_ireland for 3 years now and worked with them for 5 years. I started out by supporting events. I owe a lot to the brand for helping me with my career and love that I am in a partnership with a brand I really believe in!⁣

Einen tollen Freitag Sportsfreunde 🙌🏻. Ich bin gestern Nachmittag gut in Amsterdam angekommen und hatte ein super Abendessen mit dem Team 🥩. Heute geht’s mit den anderen Athleten erstmal ins Gym (wohin auch sonst??) und später machen wir eine Bootsfahrt durch die Kanäle 👌🏻. Morgen steht dann das Event an 😆. Week 9 was a complete write off.

The look on my face says it all. This was a horrible week. We moved to a new place on the weekend. Only did a couple workouts and ate and drank too much. On the plus side, my sickness is pretty well gone so that makes me happy. I feel back to normal again.

Back on track this week with food and training. I’m pretty pissed at myself for wasting an entire week. I’m in week 10 now and I should be way leaner but for me shitting the bed so often 😒
