Easy peasy lemon squeezy 🍋
Recently, I’ve been struggling with my motivation. Even though I’m super strong and making new PR’s, I feel a bit drained and fragile. I’ve been putting a lot of pressure on myself.
So I’ve been focusing on only having fun in training. You want to do it for YOU and because YOU love it. And I think that’s what’s been missing lately: WHY am I doing this? I’m figuring it all out again!
