We stayed here for hours on a Sunday afternoon, tasting and talking about wine. We compared pinot noir from several different regions in France...such a fun tasting and great for WSET studying!🍷🥂 ...

Nesse museu em Berlin, um dos prédios é uma antiga cervejaria. Lá podemos ter uma ideia de como era o processo de cerveja com tecnologias do passado. A gravidade era muito importante para o processo. A produção começa no último andar, com a moagem do malte que é despejado nos tanques um andar abaixo. Assim o processo ocorre até a fermentação que acontece no andar mais baixo. Muito legal ver os equipamentos antigos e ter uma ideia real de como era o processo.

In this museum in Berlin, one of the buildings is an old brewery. There we can get an idea of what the beer process was like with past technologies. Gravity was very important to the process. Production begins on the top floor, with grinding of the malt being dumped into the tanks one floor below. Thus the process takes place until the fermentation takes place on the lower floor.
