Being a fan of anything and everything having to do with mental health and well being, phosphatidyl serine was something I never did hear of it until @rodney_norman_chrome actually passed me a bottle and said he wants me to review this!
So anyway clinical dosing for this for mental health and well-being seems to be effective at 300mg, each cap of @nowfoods.sa contains 100mg of phosphatidyl serine with an addition of 100mg of choline bitartate and 50mg inositol which is said to further to the effectiveness of phosphatidyl serine, which I am not to sure of but anyways it can be slightly misleading as its not a pure phosphatidyl serine formula. This is thankfully derived from soy lecithin and not cow brains (seriously) plus this being a veggie cap is great meaning it excludes no one so this was great.
After my whole JHB ordeal (2 car accidents in the space of 2 days) I was able to properly gauge this. I ran it between all dosages from 1 cap to 3, 3 being the sweet spot and clinical and what I found at 3 caps daily personally was: *clearer thinking
*overall mental well-being
*ability to cope with stress better
These effects again were alot more profound at 3 caps but unfortunately theres only 60 caps in a botttle. It was a really eye opening experience again highlighting the quality of @nowfoods.sa and the power of phosphatidyl serine which is still pretty much unknown here in 🇿🇦 but again you can never undermine the importance of your mental health.
Cons: choline bitartate is only effective around super high dosages around 1000mg-2000mg, bitartate is poorly absorbed so this containing a 100mg per cap is a bit... Meh. The price is very heavy too... But again if money is not an issue this needs to be in your life asap.
Overall: A fantastic experience at the 3 caps dosage, certainly a product I wish I tried sooner - it is that good and made a big difference.
