It doesn't matter who you. What matters is who you decide to be today. You are not mistakes. You are not your mishaps. You are not your wounds. You are not your past. Every moment you can decide differently. You are offered a new opportunity with each breath to think 💭 choose, decide and act differently in a way that supports you in being all that you are capable of being. You are not less you are enough. .
Sometimes you just have to give yourself pep talks. Like hello, you badass, amazing Human Being;
Don’t be sad; they (insert he if you wish) are not worth it; you're doing great;keep going , love u.” .

Still don’t have the words to fully summarize my thoughts and feelings about my season. I will say, however, that last night I had a complete meltdown after my race. I even contemplated scratching my race today. But @d.perry 2 spoke some wisdom : “ don’t throw in the towel just yet. You owe it to yourself and all the hard work you’ve put in to give yourself the best chance tm”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is not the ending I had been visualizing all year. But, at least I can fly home knowing that I fought till the end.
Just the latest from the stable genius that thinks that windmills cause cancer and that exercise drains the human battery... From axios.com:
President Trump has suggested multiple times to senior Homeland Security and national security officials that they explore using nuclear bombs to stop hurricanes from hitting the United States, according to sources who have heard the president's private remarks and been briefed on a National Security Council memorandum that recorded those comments.
Behind the scenes: During one hurricane briefing at the White House, Trump said, "I got it. I got it. Why don't we nuke them?" according to one source who was there. "They start forming off the coast of Africa, as they're moving across the Atlantic, we drop a bomb inside the eye of the hurricane and it disrupts it. Why can't we do that?" the source added, paraphrasing the president's remarks.
